Achema 2022

Under the main theme "5G for the adaptive control of processes", we will be presenting our ideas and technologies for the process industry of the future at Achema 2022 from August 22 to 26.

Together with partners from research and industry, we will be showing our trade fair audience two exhibits at the 5G-ACIA booth (booth E3, hall 11), which provide an insight into our current research work on the topic of 5G.

Our exhibits

Here you will find in-depth information about our exhibits at Achema 2022. We look forward to your questions and ideas and are happy to discuss these and other exciting research and development projects for industry with you!

Together towards a networked process industry

Under the motto "test before you invest", we will present at Achema 2022 our offer of how we can support you in the introduction of 5G in your company. Our "5G portfolio" offers three modules from which you can choose individually and which you can adapt to your current situation. The offer ranges from evaluation and testing of different use cases, to your own network planning and installation.

Smart 5G sensor technology for monitoring systems in the process industry

To show you the possibilities 5G offers for the process industry, we have integrated our 5G multisensor into a pump system. The sensor measures the vibration of the pump and the temperature of the motor in real time. In this way, it is possible to react immediately if the motor overheats or the pump system is defective, and to stop the process in time. The 5G wireless multisensor platform can be used to monitor distributed systems in the process industry, especially in places where data connectivity cannot be provided or is very costly.

You can see the smart pump system from August 22-26 at the 5G-ACIA booth in hall 11, booth E3.
