Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPTPrinted circuit boards or printed electronics on films enable the cost-effective and flexible production of electronic components. The Fraunhofer IPT presents a selection of demonstrator films and shows how the corresponding production modules work. In addition, we present a concept on how electronics can be printed and continuously be equipped with electronic components in the same manufacturing process. The insight into the technology enables visitors to develop ideas and identify new fields of application for the technologies provided by us.
